Welcome to my little corner of the internet.
I’m totally blind–but before you start imagining me heroically overcoming obstacles while inspirational music plays in the background, let me stop you. This isn’t that kind of space. No fake motivation–just real life, as it actually happens.
Most of the time, that looks like me chasing an adrenaline fix–roller coasters, indoor skydiving, zorbing down hills like a slightly unhinged human bowling ball–and figuring things out as I go. I travel when I can, I try stuff people probably think I shouldn’t, and yeah… sometimes it goes great, sometimes it absolutely doesn’t.

You’ll also find a fair bit about my ongoing mission to find genuinely good coffee, my adventures traveling the world–living in different countries, soaking up new cultures, and discovering what makes each place unique–and my passion for music, from ’90s Seattle grunge to deep house and trance. We might also touch on emerging tech–what lives up to the hype and what’s just expensive disappointment.
And then there’s my guide dog–honestly, she’s not just part of this, she’s at the centre of it. She’s my co-pilot, my partner in crime, and the one who keeps me grounded (when she’s not trying to drag me into trouble, that is). Life with a guide dog is equal parts independence, teamwork, chaos, and trust–and I’ll talk about all of it, not just the highlight reel.
